A leaden casket over a melodic shroud.

Soliferrum was born during the isolation and reflection of 2020. What began as a simple exchange of musical aspirations between Yoann Roy (Nihil, Seven Eyed Crow) and Floran Guillou (An Ocean Of Void) rapidly evolved into a fully realized project. Together, they forged a sound at the frontier of inspired post-doom and alternative metal.

Instinctively guided by the French language, the duo has built a repertoire that is as dark as it is melodic. They have created a singular identity where harsh, saturated vocals interweave with thick guitar riffs and enchanting atmospheric keyboards.

Following extensive work to refine their recognizable sound, Soliferrum is now ready to unleash their sonic magma. Their debut album, »Aurora«, was released on October 23, 2026 via M&O Music label / M&O Office agency.

Driven by a fierce desire to bring this universe to the stage, Soliferrum has assembled an exceptional live line-up. They are joined by key figures of the Bordeaux metal scene: Pierre Yves Marani (Ad Patres), Nicolas Dupont (Fanalo), and Dany Billard (Praetorian). This formidable collective made its live debut on October 17, 2026 at the Seiscah Festival, marking the first step before conquering venues and festivals across France and Europe.

Unique and assertive, Soliferrum carves a new path into the French metal scene – a force that must now be reckoned with, driven by an unyielding determination to be heard.
