Italian doom/death metal band Swarm Chain premiere new single and music video »Cernunnos«.

»Cernunnos« is the first single and title track of Swarm Chain’s upcoming full-lenght album, scheduled for release on November 28th, 2025 via Underground Symphony.

Swarm Chain, Italian doom-death band, return to the scene with »Cernunnos«, the long-awaited follow-up to the crushing debut »Looming Darkness«.

Recorded in 2024 at Elfo Studio and mixed by guitar player and producer Daniele Mandelli (mastering by James Plotkin), the new full-lenght will be released by Underground Symphony on November 28th, 2025.

»Cernunnos« marks Swarm Chain’s first-ever concept album: across 5 towering tracks it translates into music the fear and awe of a primitive man facing the forces of untamed nature and its enigmatic creatures, perceived so dangerous and inexplicable, and thus given occult or divine origin.

Driven by the creative contributions of the new members Riccardo Tonoli (guitar) and Daniele Valseriati (drums), Swarm Chain takes their sound to darker and heavier depths, delivering the most atmospheric and drenched in sorrow work to date; »Cernunnos« is a descent into a primordial world, doom-laden, death fueled and carved with anthemic and monolithic riffs.

The title-track leads the charge as the 1st single: its striking videoclip, produced by Moviedel Production and featuring the outstanding performance of Melissa Di Cianni, captures the album’s savage essence.

The single’s artwork is crafted by Coito Negato who also created the iconic cover of »Looming Darkness«. The band photo was taken by Alex Mai.
