Sunny Doom are a Berlin-based duo formed in 2023. The project pairs Brother “Sunny” T, who writes the music, plays and records the instruments, produces the recordings, and handles the visual layout, with Tinka Doom on vocals, bodhrán, and poetry. Their album »Devotion« was released in spring 2025 as a self-released digital and CD release.

»Devotion« moves through dark folk, ambient gothic, and more experimental edges, built as a seven-part sequence: »Devotion I« through »Devotion VII«. Lyrically, the duo describe their work as “NSFW lullabies” and place the focus on devotion, sex, lust, and decay, told through Tinka Doom’s texts and voice.

The album was recorded, mixed, and mastered in Berlin at A Place In The Northern Sky. Sunny Doom cite Øxn, Wye Oak, David Lynch, Cigarettes After Sex, and quiet-era Placebo as reference points. The duo are currently working on their next record, »Salvation«.
