The Chuck Norris Experiment will start off the new year with the release of the action packed »Hot Stuff 3« album which is the third chapter of unreleased, B-sides & rare tracks from the last couple of years.
»Hot Stuff 3« is the third instalment in a very specific side series within The Chuck Norris Experiment catalogue: a carefully curated collection of recordings spanning different sessions, years and contexts, bringing together covers, original songs and lesser-known tracks that sit outside the band’s regular studio albums.
The record moves freely through a wide range of influences – from Blue Öyster Cult, Sex Pistols, Dead Moon, New Bomb Turks, Demolition 23 and Electric Frankenstein – all filtered through the band’s unmistakable sound: direct, loud and rooted in rock’n’roll rather than nostalgia. Alongside the covers, original tracks such as »When The Dust Settles«, »All Your Bridges Are Burning« and »Let The Wheels Roll« help anchor the compilation firmly in the band’s own identity.
The album also features a guest appearance by Jake Starr on »In The Doorway«, adding another familiar voice from the international rock’n’roll underground.
Compiled and sequenced as a proper listening experience rather than a leftovers collection, Hot Stuff Vol. 3 works as a snapshot of The Chuck Norris Experiment in motion – on stage, in the studio, and in between – without polish or compromise.

The band name The Chuck Norris Experiment is often believed to been taken after the US martial arts champion Chuck Norris. But as all true believers and lovers of rock’n’roll know, the band name is a tribute to the legendary American blues guitarist Charles “Chuck” Norris, who recorded the classic live album »Los Angeles Flash« in the band’s hometown Gothenburg on June 25, 1980.
