Sleeping Green is an instrumental psychedelic rock band from the heart of the Ruhr area in Germany. Formed in 2011 as a grunge metal band, the group has developed its own experimental sound over the years. After a constant change of drummers and guitarists, a classic 4-piece line-up was found in 2020. In the summer of 2021, in the middle of everyday Corona life, the band’s debut album called »Nola« was recorded.

The band’s sound ranges from calm, spherical parts to brutal on point riffing, which definitely invites you to nod your head. The solo guitar manages to frame the perfect interplay of bass and drums in the not short songs and gives the psychedelic, prog-desert-rock sound the character of Sleeping Green.
