New York’s heavy rockers Thinning The Herd return with their fifth studio album, »Unsettled Debt«, which will be released on July 24th, 2026.

Thinning The Herd have alreday released two singles: the title track »Unsettled Debt« and »Squatchfield« featuring legendary Scott “Wino” Weinrich (The Obsessed, Saint Vitus, Spirit Caravan) on vocals and lead guitar.

New York heavy rock veterans Thinning The Herd will release their fifth full-length album, »Unsettled Debt«, packed with 11 new songs on July 24, marking the band’s 20th anniversary. The album was co-produced by legendary doom-rock icon Wino (The Obsessed, Saint Vitus, Spirit Caravan), whose distinctive vocals and signature moody lead guitar can be heard on the new release.

Over two decades, TTH has earned its reputation for combining crushing doom, blues-soaked heavy rock, and authentic songwriting into a sound uniquely their own. »Unsettled Debt« represents the band’s most accomplished statement yet – an album forged from years of experience, personal reflection, and a relentless commitment to heavy music.

Ahead of its release, TTH will unveil two singles, giving listeners an early earful of the record’s depth and power. The first single, »Squatchfield«, featuring Wino on vocals and lead guitar, will be out everywhere on June 19, followed by the title track, »Unsettled Debt«, July 4.

Thinning The Herd are also playing July 24th for a a record release, and Wino and Gavin Spielman were performing an acoustic set July 4th for the release of »Unsettled Debt« the single, at Van Dusens in Lexington, NY.

For fans of The Obsessed, Saint Vitus, Clutch, Corrosion Of Conformity, and classic American heavy rock, »Unsettled Debt« will not disappoint.
