Los Angeles, California based heavy psych/stoner/doom metal trio Sloth stream their new four-track EP, entitled »Necromagicka«, which was just released on March 21st, 2025 via Doomshire Tapes.

Sloth is a dark stoner doom band based out of Los Angeles, California with heavy 70’s influences. Their next EP »Necromagicka« will be released digitally on March 21st, 2025 and followed by a cassette tape release by UK label Doomshire Tapes.
»Necromagicka« is a follow-up to their 2023 self titled full-length album, »Sloth« which garnered high praise from various blogs, journalists, fans, and also landed us on the #24 spot of the October 2023 Doom Charts.
This new EP includes 2 new songs and 2 live renditions of their old songs. They are long, heavy, psychedelic, and encapsulate our signature 70’s boogie occult acid freakout style during their high-energy live concerts.

Side one features two new songs »Mark Of The Occult« and »Necromagicka« that lead you into our void of acid madness. Side two includes live renditions of »Devil’s Gate« and »Slow Burn« that capture us at our current performance. Recorded in one-take at our rehearsal space, it has uncontrollable feedback, frantic improv, knocked microphones, notes bent out of tune, and our signature raw vile occult boogie style.
