Trier, Germany based heavy rockers Violet Dawn premiere new single and lyric video »People«. After a 4-track EP in 2024 and four single releases in 2025, Violet Dawn are looking to keep that momentum up with their first single of the new year.

Violet Dawn – Full Throttle Since Day One

Founded in December 2023, Violet Dawn has been on a fast track from the very beginning. Just four months later, in March 2024, the band released their debut EP From »Basement To Dawn«. By September, they were already performing in clubs across their home region – and it didn’t take long for invitations to play beyond local borders to follow. Their first international shows in Luxembourg and the Czech Republic soon expanded their growing reach.

2025 brought a series of new singles, further defining the group’s sonic identity, and now in March 2026, the band is set to embark on a mini-tour with Maison Dieu from Italy through France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Denmark, and Germany. To kick things off, the new single »People« will drop at the end of February as an exclusive tour teaser.

Violet Dawn unites five musicians with diverse influences into one distinctive blend: Paul Neyses (vocals), Nils Rath (lead guitar), Gabriele Taurisano (rhythm guitar), Richie Jutz (bass), and Francesco Heiderich (drums).

Their sound is hard to pin down – heavy, psychedelic, timeless. Some may call it stoner rock, but Violet Dawn’s music stands uniquely on its own.

Frontman Paul’s unmistakable voice drives the songs forward, carried by Nils’ melodic leads and Gabriele’s powerful riffs. The rhythm section – Richie’s dynamic basslines and Francesco’s precision drumming – delivers a fat, energetic foundation that captures the essence of their broad musical inspirations.
