Italian occult heavy rockers The Ossuary return with their brand new single »Far From The Tree« – a dark and atmospheric glimpse into their upcoming album »Requiem For The Sun«, set to be released on May 23rd, 2025 via Supreme Chaos Records.

Staying true to their unique blend of Black Sabbath, The Doors, and Mercyful Fate, »Far From The Tree« delivers doomy riffs, hypnotic melodies, and a ritualistic atmosphere.

Directed by Costin Chioreanu – known for his work with Jethro Tull, Diamond Head, Tribulation, Ghost, and Carcass – the video takes the viewer on a psychedelic journey through surreal dreamscapes, perfectly mirroring the introspective nature of the track.

Expanding their signature downer rock into more spectral and oneiric territories, »Requiem For The Sun« dives into introspective occult themes while maintaining the raw and unfiltered essence that sets The Ossuary apart. From the ominous opening of »Sacrifice« to the climactic explosion of »Eloise«, the album unfolds like a cinematic soundscape – drenched in thunderous riffs, haunting melodies, and ethereal vocals.
