Brazilian doom metal legends The Cross premiere a music video for Saturnus cover »I Love Thee« from tribute album »Where The Gods Play Silently – A Brazilian Tribute To Saturnus«.

The song »I Love Thee« is taken from debut album »Paradise Belongs To You« by Saturnus, originally released in 1997 on Euphonious Records.

On the 2nd day of November, “Day of Souls 2024”, The Cross pays this much deserved tribute to one of the most authentic bands within Doom Metal.

In the midst of composing their new album, as well as promoting their current EP »Resquiescit In Pace Frater Noster«, the unstoppable The Cross found time to produce the first official tribute to the Danish band Saturnus.

Entitled »Where The Gods Play Silently – A Brazilian Tribute To Saturnus«, the release will feature the participation of 15 bands, where The Cross will perform the track »I Love Thee« with a special guest appearance by vocalist Thomas A.G. Jensen. Cover artwork created by artist Paulo Monteiro from LFX Music Works.

»Where The Gods Play Silently – A Brazilian Tribute To Saturnus« celebrates Saturnus’ 31-year career and is being organized and produced entirely by The Cross. Scheduled for the second half of 2024, this work already has some confirmed names, among them are Aqueronte, Thy Dying Star, Spectrummm, Lamentos, Under The Gray Sky and others.
