Los Angeles, California based stoner/doom metal band Sea Of Snakes has released new visualizer video for the track »Crack The Whip« from their second full-length album, »Bow To No One«, out digitally on November 4th, 2024 with vinyl editions coming on April 21st, 2025 via Glory Or Death Records.
Sea Of Snakes is based out of Los Angeles and formed in 2021 by guitarist Jim McCloskey. Jim had a vision for a stoner/doom band and soon released the first Sea Of Snakes EP »World On Fire«. Since then, the band has had some lineup changes first adding Chris Lowbridge on drums then Jason Busiek on vocals. Soon after, the band delivered their first full length album »The Serpent And The Lamb« on Wet Records in 2022. To finalize the band’s lineup, they brought in veteran musician Greg Noriega on bass.
After a year-long break from composing new music, the LA-based stoner/doom band has emerged with a new album and a new direction. Guitarist Jim McCloskey and vocalist Jason Busiek have steered the band towards a heavier sound and direction. They aimed to create their most intense, doom-laden work yet.

»The Serpent And The Lamb« was about being loud and free in our music, but we now embrace our true identity as a doom band. The new album »Bow To No One« is booming, fuzz-laden, and featuring sludgy guitar riffs, thunderous drums, and powerfully grungy vocals. The premiere track »Passenger« is just the beginning, as it heralds the arrival of their much-anticipated album.
»Bow To No One«, released November 4th, 2024 in digital format, delivers heavy riffs along 10 tracks. The vinyl will be out through Glory or Death Records in 2025. You can pre-order the album already at gloryordeathrecords.com or gloryordeathrecords.bandcamp.com.
