Leeds, UK based blackened sludge trio Ụbụrụ is gearing up to releases their self-titled debut album on May 15th, 2026.

Ụbụrụ is a 3 piece blackened sludge/death/doom band based in Leeds, West Yorkshire. They are just a few weeks from releasing their self-titled album, due for full release May 15th, 2026.

All recording, mixing, mastering and artwork were done by the band, absolutely no AI in any process.

Ụbụrụ were in the M2TM finals in Leeds last year, got some great feedback and picked up a bunch of fans.

They are writing for our next release as a band. No deadlines, this band can operate fast at times but is often put on hiatus due to life getting in the way.
