Following their barnstorming first LP »Help! The Humans…« released just this past May, the Bongfoot boys are keeping their Sasquatchian feet on the gas. Pounding new single and LP bee-side »Honey Bee« delivers more of their album’s rip-roaring sound, this time with grungier vibes, even more thunderous drumming, and an absolute belter of a guitar solo. The new song, coupled with the steady buzz Bongfoot has built over the summer, will lead them headlong into a two-week tour of the Southeast, where Bongfoot sightings will soon be at record highs. The year of the ‘foot is upon us.

In the band’s own words:

“The song is about the plight of the honey bee. It’s an outlier for Bongfoot songs, and sports a grooving dirty grunge vibe with a dynamic breakdown.”

“We have a new bassist, Todd Davis the brother of our drummer, and we’re hitting the studio in August to record a new album. We plan on touring 9/14-9/28, and will be playing the West Virginia FuzzFest and The Grundle Run in Georgia. Other stops will include 3 dates in Tennessee, North Carolina, Kentucky, and 2 additional dates in West Virginia. Another single is planned for release in December, and in the beginning of 2025 we will be doing weekend runs in the South East. This will be to hype up the new album release and a May-June tour.”
