Polish post-metal band Theta unveils new single and music video »Abyss«; debut album »Change« out on September 11th!

Suwałki, Poland based post-metal band Theta has unveiled new single and music video »Abyss«, available now on Spotify, Apple Music and other streaming platforms.

»Abyss« is the second single taken from Theta’s debut album, »Change«, scheduled for release on September 11th, 2026.

Theta is a five-piece post-metal band based in Suwałki, Poland. The group consists of members who are active in the local Polish alternative music scene. The band utilizes Polish-language songwriting mixed with their original music and atmospheric instrumentation.

Theta released their debut single and official visualizer »Endless« on August 21, 2026. The second single and music video »Abyss« was released in late August 2026 as a follow-up to preview their debut album, »Change«, due out on September 11, 2026.

The album will be available on YouTube, all streaming platforms, and physically on CD. Mixing, mastering and artwork by Theta.
